Tissue considers a female's journey throughout a topical issue, breast cancer. Tissue objectively discovers key issues in a realistic format with positive conclusions.

Tissue collected the award for overall winners at the 2002 Maidenhead Drama Festival. It was then put forward for the All England Drama Festival semi final and despite some steely competition, the production came in a well-deserved second place.
